What we’re hearing…

Last week we held two community workshops. The responses from the attendees has been fantastic. Each workshop began with a thought exercise,

“Imagine if Danville were known as the best & most prosperous community where current & future residents want to live, visit, and invest - what would that look like?”

We heard a variety of things - some obvious - some less so. Community members value outdoor activities, education, and safety. Will Danville become a “Hub for entertainment”, a “Restaurant Mecca”, or a “Hospitality Destination”. All of these were brought up in the discussion. As the saying goes, in Danville, You Decide What’s Possible. These workshops are an invitation to craft the future with the City of Danville.

Two more workshops are scheduled for May 14 and June 5. We hope to see you there!
